The friendly staff provided great service, and the stylish premium queen room had exceptionally comfortable beds.

Comfortable room with coffee machine, a view to the external staira, fruit. Superb breakfast in the restaurant to start the day. Great and lovely location in central area, close to actually also close to the central train station, and Close to Milano Centrale.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay in a high-quality room with sweet treats, a spacious bathroom, and a comfortable double bed.

The units were big with bath.

Great hotel in a great place! Modern interior, clean, quiet. Good breakfast, good coffee. Friendly staff. 10 minutes walk to the station.

No slippers, no hair conditioner.

The location is great, it's near taxis, the underground, and the Duomo which is only about a 20-minute walk. The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety such as cheese, fresh orange juice, and meats.

There was only one robe and slippers in the room. There wasn't enough room to store clothes.

The rooms here are pretty spacious and modern, equipped with showers, a free bottle of champagne 🍾, and upgraded bedding. It's in a fantastic spot, right near a public square.

fantastic breakfast; varied, rich and exposed with a lot of care. Tables very well set in a very spacious dining room. In the landing of the plant (at least in ours) there was water and fruit always ready, something very grateful. staff was very friendly and willing. room is quite spacious and beds (singles) are very big. It is well located. It has two train stations at 20 minutes walking distance, subway station nearby, center at a 15 minutes walk and a park right next to it.

Except for the entrance hall, the hotel is a little dark. The room lacked natural light (ours had a rather small window) and some lamps (the ambient light was very good, but there was no option for something a bit stronger). Little closet space. The bathroom was very spacious but not clean enough (especially the toilet bowl). There was a somewhat broken and worn out bathrobe... that was clean and that's enough for me; but I understand that it doesn't correspond to a hotel with the price of this one. The air conditioning was quite noisy.

excellent position

the hotel had an offer to pay an extra 15 Eur / night for full minibar free access. We paid this extra charge and we have stayed 3 nights at this hotel but the minibar was never refilled

It's a nice hotel, with some very friendly staff. Good location not too far from both city and station.

Perhaps a bit too much style (or grandeur) and not enough substance. The hotel looks quite grand, particularly from the outside, but I didn't find the staff on reception to be the most helpful... it really lacked a personal touch, which (for a hotel which is far from cheap) was a bit of a let-down.

Great hotel in downtown Milan. GREAT BREAKFAST. There are places to go for a walk, near the park and close to the center.
